April 3rd

I came to Tulsa for Easter weekend and got to celebrate Erin’s birthday. A few of her friends arranged a surprise birthday dinner for her a week early. We ate at El Tequila on Harvard and ended up going to El Guapo’s Cantina in downtown Tulsa.

February 26th

I finally made it to Tulsa today, after sleeping in again. Apparently I was a lot more exhausted than I originally thought. I stopped by Erin’s school and took a couple portraits of her sitting in her reading and calendar corner. She’s the best first grade teacher I have ever met.

January 9th

Mmmm, broccoli. That may sound like sarcasm but I’m totally serious. I love broccoli. I went over to Erin’s today to hang out and help her make broccoli casserole for a work party. Once again, broccoli casserole may not sound very appetizing but it is probably the best casserole known to man. It’s made with lots of broccoli, Velveeta cheese, Ritz crackers, and butter. All the extra stuff sorta cancels out the nutritional value of the broccoli but it’s simply amazing.
